DATA COLLECTION PRACTICES
Personal data (“data”) collected on this website is provided by prospective clients who complete and submit the “Request a Consultation with Susan” form (“the Form”). Data includes individual first names, last names, professional titles, organizational names, preferred phone numbers, preferred email addresses and intended purposes for wanting to work with Susan.

This website is not directed to and does not endeavor to collect data from children under the age of 18.  

DATA USAGE
Data is used exclusively for (a) responding to and fulfilling requests from prospective clients regarding their pro-active interest in working with Susan in her consulting, speaking or board governance capacities, (b) providing information for or about Susan’s speaking, consulting or board governance work, (c) analyzing trends of prospective client requests and (d) fulfilling speaking, consulting or board governance services as contractually defined and agreed upon by Susan and individual clients.

DATA SHARING
Data is not shared or sold with other individuals or entities for any reason.

USER RIGHTS & PRIVACY-RELATED INQUIRES
Prospective clients using the Form may ask for their submitted data to be corrected, amended or deleted, as well as to have an electronic copy of their submitted data emailed to them. Specific questions about submitted data, including requests to correct, amend, delete or request an electronic copy of their submitted data be emailed to them, must be emailed to hello@susanrobinsonofficial.com by the original submitter of that data in order to revise a response.

DATA SECURITY & COMPLIANCE
This website employs third party vendors to ensure the security of all data submitted.
Data is retained as required by New York State law.
This statement will be updated as necessary to remain in compliance with relevant laws.
